Physical and Internal Discomfort

Assalamualaikum Warahmatullah

Lately I have been feeling very anxious, unenergetic and worried time to time. In addition, I feel physical symptoms such as excess nervousness, sweating, poor concentration, frustration and irritability. I am having a hard time relaxing and putting my mind at ease. What can I do to combat these feelings? Is there any supplication or Quranic verses I can recite in order to cure this problem?

الجواب وباللہ التوفیق

You should read the following 8 verses of Quran, every morning and evening, 7 times each, with reading Durood Shareef 3 times at the beginning and at the end:

وَيَشْفِ صُدُورَ قَوْمٍ مُؤْمِنِينَ(التوبۃ:۱۴)

وَشِفَاءٌ لِمَا فِي الصُّدُورِ وَهُدًى وَرَحْمَةٌ لِلْمُؤْمِنِينَ (یونس:۵۷)

يَخْرُجُ مِنْ بُطُونِهَا شَرَابٌ مُخْتَلِفٌ أَلْوَانُهُ فِيهِ شِفَاءٌ لِلنَّاسِ(النحل:۶۹)

وَنُنَزِّلُ مِنَ الْقُرْآنِ مَا هُوَ شِفَاءٌ وَرَحْمَةٌ لِلْمُؤْمِنِينَ (الاسراء:۸۲)

وَإِذَا مَرِضْتُ فَهُوَ يَشْفِينِ(شعراء:80)

قُلْ هُوَ لِلَّذِينَ آمَنُوا هُدًى وَشِفَاءٌ(فصلت:۴۴)

وَبِالْحَقِّ أَنْزَلْنَاهُ وَبِالْحَقِّ نَزَلَ وَمَا أَرْسَلْنَاكَ إِلَّا مُبَشِّرًا وَنَذِيرًا (الاسراء:۱۰۵)

وَلِيَرْبِطَ عَلَى قُلُوبِكُمْ وَيُثَبِّتَ بِهِ الْأَقْدَامَ (الانفال:۱۱)

After reading it you should blow it on yourself, blow it on the water and continue to drink that water and if possible write them down and tie it around your neck.
