Is the money earned by working in stores and supermarkets halaal or not? Because none of the supermarkets or stores are strictly halaal. (i.e., Even stores like Starbucks contain some haram bakery items, furniture stores sell haram paintings etc). All stores, supermarkets, restaurants,shops contain haram items to at least some degree.
Whatever income a person earns from either of the two forms of occupations it would be legitimate. However, a person should be in pursuit of finding a job where he can be protected from such things.
