As per my knowledge and understanding, men are only allowed to wear silver. However, I have seen online that there are some rings that are made out of silver but are for beauty purposes, they add a stripe of deer antler in it. As this is not a metal, would it be permissible for a man to wear a ring with the deer antler stripe?

الجواب وباللہ التوفیق
If this ring which has a stripe of deer antlers, has silver in the quantity of one mithqal or less (which per the current metric system of weighing grams is equal to 4 grams and 374 miligrams – Idah un-Nawadir, Pg.19, Vol.2) then it is considered permissible to wear such a ring. It is preferable that one wears it in their little or ring finger. It is forbidden for men to wear the ring in their middle or index fingers.
قال علي رضي اللّٰہ عنہ: قال لي رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم: یا علي! سل اللّٰہ الہدیٰ والسداد، ونہاني أن أجعل الخاتم في ہٰذہ وہٰذہ، وأشار یعني بالسبابۃ والوسطیٰ۔ (سنن النسائي، کتاب الزینۃ / باب النہي عن الخاتم في السبابۃ ،رقم: ۵۲۲۰ ۔
وکذا في سنن الترمذي / أبواب اللباس ۱؍۳۰۸)عن أنس رضي اللّٰہ عنہ قال: اصطنع النبي صلی اللّٰہ علیہ وسلم خاتمًا، قال: إنا قد اتخذنا خاتمًا ونقشنا فیہ نقشًا فلا ینقش علیہ أحدٌ، قال: فإني لأریٰ بریقہ في خنصرہ۔
ولا یزید وزنہ علی مثقال لقولہ علیہ الصلاۃ والسلام: إتخذہ من ورق ولا تزدہ علی مثقال۔ (البحر الرائق ۸؍۳۵۰ زکریا)وفي الاختیار: سنَّ أن یکون الخاتم علی قدر مثقال أو دونہ۔ (مجمع الأنہر، کتاب الکراہیۃ / فصل في اللبس ۴؍۱۹۵)ولا یتختم أي الرجل إلا بالفضۃ ولا یزیدہ علی مثقال۔ (الدر المختار مع الشامي ۹؍۵۱۷ زکریا۔
