Is Witr Salaat valid if we forget reading Dua-E-Qunoot?

While praying Vitr salaat if you forget reading dua-e-qunooth in the last rakaat and remember while in tashahud what should we do. Just do Sajda-sahu or read the dua qunooth again or repeat the salaat.

By performing an extra prostration known as ‘sajda sahw’ one‘s prayer would be completed and doesn’t have to be repeated.
