You have said previously that someone continuously missing Sunnah Muakkada is sinful and will be deserving of punishment in the Hereafter. What is the reference in the Hanafi works for this?

Walaikum assalam wa rahmatullah,
Ibn Abidin discussed this at length in his Radd al-Muhtar [1.70, see below]
He makes clear that:
a) leaving the confirmed sunna once without excuse is blameworthy but not sinful;
b) making it a habit to leave it, however, is sinful, though less sinful than leaving a wajib.
And Allah alone gives success.
