Does the fast remain intact if there is a flow of madhy caused by amorous play or kissing? And how can one differentiate this from sperm? And what is recommended if one is not sure if it is sperm or madhy?

Walaikum assalam,
Amorous play or kissing with sexual desire is not permitted while fasting, and would be sinful. However, unless actual ejaculation happens, the fast would remain valid.
Unless there is ejaculation, consider it pre-sexual fluid (madhy). This does not invalidate the fast.
