Answer:

  1. It is Fardh to wash the face.  However if a person passes his wet hands over his face thrice and a few drops of water drips off his face, then his Wudhu and Salaah will be valid, although it is discouraged to do so.  (Raddul Muhtaar, Vol. 1, Page 70-71)

  1. If a person keeps both his feet off the ground in Sajdah his Salaah will be invalid for leaving out a Waajib (compulsory act) and his Salaah will have to be repeated even after the time has expired.  It is Waajib to keep at least one toe or foot on the ground for the duration of one Tasbeeh, however one should keep in mind that it is Sunnah-e-Muakkadah to place both feet on the ground and face the toes towards the Qiblah and therefore if one places only one foot or toe on the ground without a valid reason it will be Makrooh.  (Raddul Muhtaar, Vol. 1, Page 535-536, Ahsanul Fataawaa, Vol. 3, Page 398)

  1. Only a person who is looking after a sick person (Buzrug or non-Buzrug) is allowed not to attend Salaah with Jamaat and if he leaves this sick person alone he will experience difficulty and hardship.  (Raddul Muhtaar, Vol. 1, Page 411, Fataawaa Aalamgeeriyyah, Vol. 1, Page 83)

If a person is ill and is unable to attend the Masjid for Jumu’ah Salaah, then he should perform Zuhr Salaah at home alone after the Jumu’ah Salaah in the Masjid is completed.  He will not be allowed to call others to make Jumu’ah Jamaat or Zuhr Jamaat with him at home as this will cause the Majma’ah of the Masjid to be effected, thus will lead to not fulfilling the Haqq (right) of the Masjid.  Those who are not ill or not on Safar (journey) should attend the Jumu’ah Salaah in the Masjid.  (Raddul Muhtaar, Vol. 1, Page 604, Fataawaa Mahmoodiyah, Vol. 16, Page 377)
