Assalamu Aalikum
What do the respected Ulemas say about the Qurbani of a person who is having concept of Shirk (one who believes that Rasoolullahi Sallallahu Alaihi wa Sallam as Omnipresent an Omniscent, authorised with full liberty and has the knowledge of Unseen etc.)?
1. His Qurbani will be Halal or no?
2. What to do if he gives the meat of Qurbani?
3. Should participate or not if he invites for a meal with that meat?
Please release the Fatwa.

If such a person is not extreme and violent in his these doctrines and views, rather, accepts it due to his ignorance and distance from the religion then participating in their gatherings and offering Qurbani with them is, anyhow being a Muslim is correct and permissible.
