Nowadays buying and selling of land is done through documents and the land is then given within 3-4 years. Is it permissible to purchase land through these documents?
If the land that is being sold as well as it boundaries has been identified and not only its documents are being sold, then in this case it is permissible as per Shari’ah to buy and sell land through this method. Otherwise it isn’t.
