Is it true that the holy hand of Muhammad Rasoolullah came out of his grave and was kissed by someone?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Jamia Binoria
It is written in Fadhail e Durood Shareef (Virtues of Salawat) that in 555H the holy hand of Muhammad Rasoolullah Sallallahu Alaihi wa Sallam came out from the grave and one person had kissed it too. Is this true?

الجواب حامدا و مصلیا

Let it be known that coming out of the blessed hand of Rasoolullah Sallallahu Alaihi wa Sallam from his sacred Rowdha and kissing of same is true and is established through history and this is the incident of the famous elder and the pious saint, Seyyad Ahmad Refa’I Rahimahullah. When he presented himself for Ziyarah and read a couple of distiches standing near the blessed grave, the sacred hand came out and he kissed the same. (Fadha’il e Durood Shareef p198, Ashraful Jawab)

Allah knows best.
