It is Makrooh to imagine sacred entities

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Jamia Binoria

I asked I.A.C.A.D and A.W.Q.A.F (fatwa service of Dubai and United Arab Emirates) about whether we are allowed to imagine a blasphemous voice of someone that has insulted Allah with dirty words that are shown with **** or beep in the media, typical of street gangsters that hate Islam, or the letters of a blasphemous sentence (from the bible for example) with the intention of imagining and thinking about someone you have heard or seen or experienced in the past. And they said it is permissible but it is Makrooh to imagine bad things without a sound reason. My question is: can the same thing be said about imagining the Prophetﷺ naked or Sahaba or Sahabiyat naked with only the intention of wanting to imagine how he or she would look like if they were naked? Absolutely no intention of making fun.

الجواب حامدا و مصلیا

It is Makrooh to imagine sacred entities, whether Prophets, Sahaba or Sahabiyat, in such a manned even without the intention of making fun. This must be avoided.
And Allah knows best.
