Please provide a reference for the following narration:
يعلم دبيب النملة السوداء على الصخرة الصماء في الليلة الظلماء
Answer
I have not come across this as a Hadith of Rasulullah (sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam).
However, the meaning of this statement is certainly correct. Scholars like Imam Ghazali (rahimahullah) have cited these words as their own statement in their books stating that this is our belief.

Translation
[Allah] is aware of the crawling of a black ant on a solid rock in a pitch black night.
And Allah Ta’ala Knows best.
