Is it Sunnah to drink milk before sleeping?

Imam Muslim (rahimahullah) has recorded a lengthy Hadith which suggests that Nabi (sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) did drink milk at night upon returning home from the Masjid. (Sahih Muslim, Hadith: 2055)
One may practice on this occasionally. However, it should be noted that at times, several days would pass and Nabi (sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) would not have food in his home. Therefore, this practice will not be deemed a regular or emphasised Sunnah of Nabi (sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam).
