Is this du’a from Hadith?
O Allah! Open the locks of our hearts by Your Dhikr and complete upon us Your bounties, and make us perfect with Your Fadhl (bounties) and make us of Your righteous and pious servants.

Yes. This is recorded by Imam Ibnus Sunni (rahimahullah) in his ‘Amalul yawmi wal laylah, Hadith: 100.

The words of the du’a are as follows:
اللَّهُمَّ افْتَحْ لَنَا أَقْفَالَ قُلُوبِنَا بِذِكْرِكَ، وَأَتْمِمْ عَلَيْنَا نِعْمَتَكَ مِنْ فَضْلِكَ وَاجْعَلْنَا مِنْ عِبَادِكَ الصَّالِحِيْن
Allahummaf tah lana aqfala qulubina bi dhikrik, wa atmim ‘alayna ni’mataka min fadlik waj’alna min ‘ibadikas salihin
And Allah Ta’ala Knows best,
