Is reciting “Subhana Rabbiyal ‘Aliyyil A’ala Al Wahhab” (سبحان ربي العلي الاعلى الوهاب) before making du’a proven in the Sunnah? Is there a Hadith which mentions this?

Sayyiduna Salamah ibn Al Akwa’ (radiyallahu ‘anhu) reports: “Whenever I heard Nabi (sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) start du’a, he would say ‘Subhana Rabbiyal ‘Aliyyil A’ala Al Wahhab‘
(Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah, Hadith: 29961, Musnad Ahmad, vol. 4 pg. 54, Mustadrak Hakim, vol. 1 pg. 498)
This Hadith has been recorded with a weak chain but is suitable to practice upon as is the case with Hadiths of this nature.
