Ejaculation happen during ramadan.

Answered according to Hanafi Fiqh by

Assalamualikum brothers and sisters, Hope you well. Actually today 26th May, i had an ejaculation in a dream before Fazr time. Now, what happened, i woke up at 3:15 am then i did Wudhu and than drunk water from fasting. So, I have a work start from 5 am but because of Fazr Jamaat starting from 5:30 am i went for work by 4 am and start my work at 4 instead of 5. Because it take me 1 hr or 1:10 hr to finish my work. So, i finished my work at 5:07 am and went mosque and performed Tahajjud and Fazr salat. I Rooster time finished at 1 pm. So, again i did Wudu and prayed Dhuhr. After that i came home and took Fardh shower. Now, My question is, My fasting is still Validiate or not..?? or What should i do? Please help me with suggestion. Jazak ALLAH

Wa’alaykum as Salam wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuhu,

When you had the ejaculation, you ought to perform Ghusl before the next prayer. In this case, you were supposed to make Ghusl for the Fajr prayer.

Since you only made Wudhu and prayed Fajr and Dhuhr, you need to repeat those two prayers.

If you are a Saahib at-Tarteeb (you have less than 5 missed prayers), you need to repeat the prayers after that too (Asr, Maghrib and Isha), even though you made the Ghusl at Dhuhr time.

Your fast, however, will be correct and valid.

In future, the best is to make Ghusl as soon as you wake up. If that is not possible, you need to make Ghusl before you can pray the next Salah.

And Allaah Ta’aala knows best
