Question:

Purposely delaying any salah to end time is it makruh?

Answer:

In The Name Of Allah, The Most-Merciful, The Most Kind

The Quran has informed us that prayer has its appointed time both for its starting and ending period. It is Fard for a Muslim to pray within that time and this must be taken seriously. Within the time prayers, there are preferred times (mustahabb), disliked (makrooh) times, as well as impermissible (haram) times. With that being said to delay the prayer to the end time without any valid exclude and to do this intentionally is a sign of laziness and trick of shaytan. It must not be delayed without a valid reason.
