Is Heela allowed in Islam for paying Qaza Salah on behalf of parents?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Darulifta-Deoband.com
What is the Heela according to Islam. Is it possible for some one to pay the money for missing Prayers (Qaza Salah) on behalf of his parents. e.g if some one pay to another person 1000 rupees for a single Salah. and that person return back to that person and 1st one again pay to 2nd one and they do several time and at last 1st one give to 2nd one. and say i have paid for all Salah which was missed by my parents? when i heard this i was really surprised that this is joke to islam. whats your opinion? and why 2nd person back to 1st one? Is there any cushion for Heela in islam? and is this a right way of Heela?

Answer

(Fatwa: 315/277=D/1430)

The abovementioned method is in no way lawful, the fidyah will not take place; since neither the giver had intention to hand over nor does the taker intend to receive it, whereas fidyah requires to be given in possession of a poor so that he can use it as his own with complete freedom. Yes, if anyone receives it first and then returns it wholeheartedly, then the case is different.
