2 years ago, in an heated argument and in severe anger my husband told 3talaq but by evening we made up with each other and have beem living togther since then- is this talaq valid?

Talaq takes place even if given in anger. When your husband gave you three talaqs, you were divorced with three talaqs. Now, the marital relation between you came to an end, it is unlawful to live with each other. Now, you will have to pass your iddah period, thereafter you will be free to marry any other man you like. You cannot go back to your first husband without a valid halalah.
