Am married for 11years n got 2 kids also and had always problems with wife… many times i warned her not to show attitude like this but she never change her behave. few days we had fightings over phone and i told her dont talk to me as am very angry but she repeated and then by force i had to give her talaq… i said 4 times. many people say in anger talaq not accepted. Please guid in light of Quraan and Ahadeeth… Jazakallahu khair

If you have given three or more talaqs to your wife, she was divorced with three ones and became haram for you with mughallazah bayinah talaq, now it will be haram for you to marry her without a valid halalah:
فَإِنْ طَلَّقَهَا فَلا تَحِلُّ لَهُ مِنْ بَعْدُ حَتَّى تَنْكِحَ زَوْجًا غَيْرَهُ (2:230)
Talaq takes place in the state of anger as well; even talaq is given only in such conditions, one does not give talaq but in such conditions.
