I’m working for a global audit firm. Auditing is a statutory requirement. My client portfolio includes construction and trading Companies,Oil and gas Companies, real estate Companies and also insurance Companies (Some of my colleuges do audit for banks) Is my earning halal? (Fatwa: 1265/1008=L/1430)
You may check the accounts and report the same to the government provided you do not have to write interest and there is no involvement in deceit.
