My husband does not allow me to shave my pubic hair. Will it affect my prayers?

The salah shall be undoubtedly valid, but it is highly undesirable (makrooh-e-tahreemi) to leave the pubic hair unshaved. A woman must shave it within forty days if she does not fear severe anger from your husband. Yes, if she fears it she will be excused and her husband will deserve the punishment:
و کرہ ترکہ وراء الاربعین ای تحریماً لقول المجتبی: ولا عذر فیما وراء الاربعین و یستحق الوعید (الشامی: ط زکریا 9/583)
