ASA Brother, Is it allowable to clean throat and cleanse nose three times during Farz-e-Ghusl which is usually done after sex or semens extracting out during sleep.? Your urgent reply is awaited. Nauman

In obligatory ghusl it is fardh (obligatory) to rinse mouth and nose. By cleaning throat if you mean to gargle, it is not fardh rather sunnah. Likewise, rinsing the mouth and nose thrice is sunnah.
