Assalamu ahlaikum, I am follower of Hanafi madhab, I have 2 masjid to pray the Salaah during Zohar, Asar & Magrib Salaah in my office, kindly advise in which masjid I need to pray according to Hanafi. Masjid1: Shafi Imam with Sunnah beard but Quraan recitation is not fully correct. Masjid 2: Hanafi Imam(Ahlim) without Sunnah Beard(i.e. Trimming the beard) but quran recitation is fully Tajweed. FYI, till now I am praying behid with Shafi Imam only because his beard is according to sunnah.

You should offer salah behind the imam who recites the holy Quran correctly, though he is sinner. However, your salah would be makrooh behind him. But the Imam who does not recite the holy Quran correctly, he may commit mistakes which may invalidate the salah. Thus, it is most probable that salah behind him is invalid. . It is said that when a man is caught between two problems he should choose the easy one.
