Ayana, apparently seems ambiguous word; hence it should not be kept.
Ayat means sign, the sign of Allah’s power etc, in itself this name is good but better you choose any name among the names of the holy wives, holy daughters, or Sahabiyat, for example, Khadijah, Hafsah, Zainab, Ruqayya, Kulsum, Fatimah, Khansa, Barirah, Habibah etc for your daughter. These are good names.
