My que. is My wife is Doctor and she reffers patients to specialist Doctor/hospitals for further treatment. After discharging the patients they send some amount. We use that money for poor and needful people. Is it ok to take that money. Even if she does not take that money they will chrge them same and not gives direct concession to patients. Please let me know can she take that money or not.

You should spend that amount on this patient or any other poor patient, do not use it for yourself.
