Yesterday in witr salah in second rakah after attahiyat I recited durood Ibrahim and then I stood for 3rd rakah and completed my namaz. I want to ask whether I have to perform sajdah sahv or without sajdah sahv I can complete my namaz. Please guide me.

In the abovementioned case if you read اللهم صل على محمد from durood Ibrahimi then sajdah sahv was necessary on you, and in case of reading durood more than it or complete durood sajdah sahv shall of course be wajib.
