Q: If a person passes away leaving behind a pregnant wife when must his inheritance be divided?
A:It is better to divide his inheritance after the birth of the child. However if the inheritors cannot wait then a males share will be kept aside for the pregnancy. If a girl is born then the shares will be adjusted accordingly.
