Tawaaf-e-Wida’ is compulsory on a person who resides out of Makkah. Of he missed it out for whatever reason; he should be commanded to carry it
out as long as he is in Makkah. If he has already left Makkah and returned home, he should slaughter a goat or sheep as a penalty.
