I have a question about Nadhr, I have read the other answers similar to it but not the exact same so just wanted to make sure.
I said that I would fast on a specific day if a certain thing happened but I didn’t keep the fast and even though I had a reason it wasn’t a genuine excuse for missing it and I just didn’t know at that time that it was compulsory to fast. so I had a farz fast and I missed it without a genuine excuse
So this day was a certain date and I didn’t do that it then, what do I need to do now? can I have all the options available if possible.

In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.
If you take a vow (nazr) to fast a specific day if something takes place, it is binding upon you to fulfil your vow as stipulated once that condition is met.[i] [ii] If you could not fulfil your vow to fast that day for any reason, then you should make taubah and make up the fast without giving any expiation.[iii] [iv]

(وَمَنْ نَذَرَ نَذْرًا مُطْلَقًا أَوْ مُعَلَّقًا بِشَرْطٍ وَكَانَ مِنْ جِنْسِهِ وَاجِبٌ) أَيْ فَرْضٌ كَمَا سَيُصَرِّحُ بِهِ تَبَعًا لِلْبَحْرِ وَالدُّرَرِ (وَهُوَ عِبَادَةٌ مَقْصُودَةٌ) خَرَجَ الْوُضُوءُ وَتَكْفِينُ الْمَيِّتِ (وَوُجِدَ الشَّرْطُ) الْمُعَلَّقُ بِهِ (لَزِمَ النَّاذِرَ) لِحَدِيثِ :”مَنْ نَذَرَ وَسَمَّى فَعَلَيْهِ الْوَفَاءُ بِمَا سَمَّى”

متعین دنوں کے روزے رکھنا ضروری ہے بغیر کسی عذر شرعی چھوڑنا یا فدیہ ادا کرنا جائز نہیں اگر ایسا کیا ہے تو اللہ تعالی سے توبہ و استغفار کرنا چاہیے اور چھوٹے ہوئے روزوں کی قضا کریں

اگر کسی مجبوری یا عذر سے جمعہ کا روزہ نہ رکھ سکے تو دوسرے دن اس کی قضا کرے
