If you are praying salah and the next salah time enters, is your salah valid.
For example, if asr time begins at 4 :12 and when you finish praying zuhr the time is 4:12 is your zuhr considered valid or invalid, would you have caught up with zuhr salah?
I had a baby in Ramadhaan. The doctors were concerned about baby’s growth so decided to induce me at 38 weeks. I only required a cervical sweep. I assumed that this procedure necessitated ghusl and that my fast was broken.
I broke my fast before sunset and simply kept qadhaa fast later.
Is this sufficient or do I have to do 60 continuous fasts as kaffarah?
Please note, this took place when Ramadhaan was in autumn and the fast was just over 12 hours.
Jazak Allah Khair for your very beneficial talk on inhertiance issues.
I wanted to ask if the inheritance is divided after deducting the expenses due on the deceased due to loans, taxes, qada salah and rozas and funeral expenses etc.? or these expenses are deducted from 1/3rd of the total assessts of the deceased and the rest is divided as per the sharia.
In my will, I have mentioned that all above expenses due at the time of my death should be paid from my assets first and then the remaining assets should be divided. 1/3rd of the remaining go to charity and 2/3rd to my inheritors. I wanted to confirm if this is right.
May Allah reward you in abundance
السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته
I hope this message finds you well إن شاء الله.
I have many many fardh and Witr salahs to make up, may Allah forgive me. I have been told that there are shorter ways of praying your qazaa? For example praying something else in 3rd and 4th rakaat. Is this true? Could you please provide more details on this matter?
