Up to how many minutes before Zuhr start time can someone perform Qada Namaz?

The time of Zuhr salat printed in calendars is the time of “zawal”, at which any prayer should be avoided.
Therefore, it is important to ensure a ten-minute waiting window (5 min before and 5 min after the printed time on calendar), after which prayers can be read.
ولا یخفی أن زوال الشمس إنما ہو عقیب انتصاف النہار بلا فصل، وفي ہذا القدر من الزمان لا یمکن أداء صلاۃ فیہ، فلعل المراد أنہ لا تجوز الصلاۃ بحیث یقع جزء منہا فی ہذا الزمان، أو المراد بالنہار ہو النہارالشرعي وہو من أول طلوع الصبح إلی غروب الشمس، وعلیٰ ہذا یکون نصف النہار قبل الزوال بزمان یعتد بہ۔ (شامي: ۲؍۳۱ زکریا)
