- I need clarification on medi claim policy which has prevailed in many companies which offers their employees to contribute a fixed amount every month. One part of the amount is contributed by the employer also. The benefit of the policy is the employee can claim the amount which has been expended during his/her medical treatment on condition if the treatment is under gone the listed hospitals by the medi claim service provider. [ [1] For E.g If one person has under gone medical treatment in a hospital has been enlisted by the medi claim service provider and the total expense was Rs.1 lac [2] The total contribution by that person was Rs.3300/anum and employer?s contribution was Rs.4800/anum which comes to Rs.8100 but he can claim upto Rs.1 Lac / anum for his medical expenses. This amount includes other contributors who pay equal amount as their contribution. The question is whether we can enroll in this medi claim policy, kindly highlight us with detail.

assalamu Alaikum
Respected Mufti Saheb D.B
I have heard that Mufti Saheb has mentioned that the view of Imam Abu Yusuf Rahimahullah regarding Tuhr Mutakhallil has been developed. And the view of Imaam Muhammad has not been developed.
Can Mufti Saheb please explain this statement.
Also kindly provide a few examples where it will be difficult to follow the view of Imam Muhammad, due to his view not being developed?

Permissibility of crossing a person following the Imaam in Salaah
Q. In many Masjids, the Imaam leads the Salaah facing the front wall of the Masjid. After the Imaam terminates and completes the Salaah, there are many people who stand up to complete the Rakaats missed behind the Imaam. This makes it difficult for all those who have completed their Salaah behind the Imaam to move to other saffs at the back of the Masjid. Is it sinful to cross in front of all those who are still completing their Rakaats missed behind the Imaam to move to other saffs at the back of the Masjid?
