I have been chosen by my company to travel to Argentina Bueno Aires during the holy month of Ramadaan for 5 days from the 29/10/2003. Is it permissable for me to travel & do I have to fast ?

On friday can Sunnah salat and Jummah Salat be offered during time of Zawal? In masjid they have the first jummah salat at 12:40pm which finishes before 1:30pm. Is this salat valid ?
