    About secret marriage, you have stated that all that is needed for a marriage to be valid is 2 sane Muslim men as witnesses (no wali or imam). However, when we called our local Masjid and talked to the imam about our situation and marriage, he told us a hadith that said that a marriage is not-valid without a wali. He went on to tell us that a wali is required for it to be a valid marriage!

    I would appreciate if you can please explain that WHY if an un-married person before performing nikkah makes a statement like “If I marry XYZ then she is divorced” or “Any woman I marry is divorced”, then such a statement according to Hanafi fiqh will cause an automatic divorce for this person in his future marriage/nikkah?

    What is the exact definition of alcohol that you use when formulating a response? For example, would methanol or isopropyl alcohol (a main component in some rubbing alcohols) be haram?….chocolate liquor is simply made by grinding cocoa beans into a liquid form and contains no alcohol.

    I would just like to know weather it is needed to make Wudhu whilst having a bath as you are already Purifying yourself by Bathing from head to toe so then do you still have to make Wudhu?

    If exceptionnaly I have to pray dhuhr prayer very late at home, should I pray the 4 rakaa’t sunnah mu’akadah BEFORE or AFTER the fardh in my case where I am late because I thought fardh should be made first because of its importance? And generally, what is the limit where I can pray the 4 sunnat before farz?
