Is it haraam to be racist in Islam? Is it haram to do fireworks on 4th of July? Because it’s just independence day for America and I find nothing haram about that because this is not Christmas or anything. Please write about that.
To consider oneself better then somebody else based on ethnicity, race, family, or nationalism is not right. Islam teaches that the best of you is the closest to Allah irrespective of race, ethnicity or family background.
Fireworks are not allowed and they are waste of money. wasting of money whether at the time of happiness or sadness is not allowed. It is the way of being ungrateful to the bounties of Allah. Also, people should stay away from participating in other people’s celebrations that are not Islamic.
