Sleeping with legs against Masjid-e-Nabavi Rug

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by ShariahBoard.org
We have a rug of Masjid-e-Nabavi in our home on the wall . While sleeping the position is one side khibla and the other side is this rug on the wall. so we sleep in the direction of the rug. My question is it considered be adabi or is it a to sleep that side. Because I feel guilty when I sleep.
These things are based on your feelings. If you feel guilty then you should remove it from that direction and where you have the frame of the house of Allah s.w. you can affix the frame of the prophet’s, peace be upon him, grave.
