Leaving out a fardh act in salaah

Q: During salah, I frequently forget any fardh and due to which I do sajda e sahw, am I correct?

Bismillaah

A: If a fard act is left out e.g. ruku or one or two sajdahs, sajdah e sahw will not suffice. The salaah will not take place and will have to be repeated.

And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
