Reciting Quraan during haidh

Q: My sister has a menstrual problem. She is memorising the Quran.  Is it permissible for her to recite the Quran without touching it during her menses period?

Bismillaah

A: No. In the menses it is not even permissible to recite the Qur’aan let alone touching it.

And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
