Q: I wanted to ask if a daughter or daughter in law saw their father or dather in laws inner part in a video which got viral on social media, does it constitute hurmat-e-musaharah?
A: They should sincerely repent to Allah Ta’ala for viewing this haraam and immediately destroy the thing they had seen. Similarly, they should make a firm resolve that they will not commit this sin again. Hurmat musaaharah will not be established.
And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
