Ratios of Deceased’s Husband and Son Heirs

Q: I want to know the ratios of the below mentioned heirs of the deceased 1- husband 2- son.

Bismillaah

A: If the deceased did not leave any parents and the only surviving heirs are the husband and one son, then the husband will receive quarter of the estate and the remaining portion of the estate will go to the son.

And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
