Is it permissible for colleagues to pray zohar in the office without any Sharia causes?

In our company office collegues are use to pray zohar(Bajamaat) in office premises despite that we have a masjid adjacent to our office. My question is that: 1) Without having any sharia causes is it Permissible to them to pray in office.
2) Also mention the Sharia causes so a man can leave a jamaat in masjid.

Congregational (Jama’ath) Salath is Sunnat e Muakkida, which is closer to Wajib category. Therefore abandoning it continuously without a valid Shar’i excuse is a sin and tantamount to losing the intercession of beloved Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi wa Sallam. Many a strong warnings too are recorded in Ahadees e Mubaraka apart from this. Therefore the concerned persons should join the congregation in the Mosque and stop offering Salath in a separate place or office leave ing the congregational Salath in the Mosque. As a matter of warning there are predications found in Ahadees e Mubraka as to the non-validity of such Salath. However some allowances are found to leave the congregational Salath due to certain genuine Shar’i excuses such as inability to reach the Masjid due to weakness or pain as a result of serious illness; total paralysis; so aged to the extent that unable to walk around; blindness; strong and heavy rain; snowing, mud and unbearable cold under which condition walking upto the mosque would create physical pain or harm; fear of losing one’s life or wealth; having intention to travel; fear of missing the group; presence of meals while one is feeling severe hunger etc. etc. and not otherwise.
