Assalamu Alaikum Moulana Sahib, Traweeh is 8 Raka’ath or 20? Moulana Sahib , is there any Hadees to say that hands in Namaz should be tied below the navel?

Twenty Raka’ath of Traweeh is Sunnath e Mu’akkadah and all the Sahaba and the Tabi’een were unanimous on it and it is practiced by the total Ummat. From the four Imams, among no one is Traweeh less than 20 Raka’ath. Therefore to leave it completely or to make it a practice to perform less than twenty Raka’ath is tantamount to rebel and it is necessary to refrain from it strongly.
