I want to asked the conditions of Jumuah ( sharayath ) for Jumuah Ejtema in office Hall

If the office is situated in a big town or a city and the Azan (Calling for Prayers) too is common there, although the jumma Namaz is valid there yet it is not suitable since it is against the motive of Shari’a. Therefore should refrain from arranging Jumma Namaz over there, and, perform it in some Masjid.
