Assalamu Alaikum!
I would like to say that I wish to start a business while living in Italy, but in edible items, business would not run unless alcoholic beverage is available for sale. Is such a move permissible or are there any options where alcohol could be sold along with Halal items?

In the name of Allah, the Most Beneficent and the Most Merciful
Even in such situations, it is impermissible and Haram as per Shari’a to do business on absolutely Haram things such as alcohol. Hence it is incumbent upon the questioner to completely refrain from doing such things and search for pure Halal.
