Assalamu-alaikum, While ‘Yawning’ takes place, what should we do? Someone says, we should control it at our best, if not possible, then we can use the front side of left hand to cover-up the mouth. Another alim says, rather reverse side of pump of the left hand should be used to cover-up. Which one is correct? Zazakallahu khairan.

Yawning should be controlled as much as possible, if not possible one should put the back of left palm on mouth:
ووجہ القیل اظھر لانہ لدفع الشیطان کما مر وھی بالیسار اولی، ?وقدمنا فی آداب الصلاۃ عن الصلاۃ عن الضیاء انہ بظھر الیسری (شامی 2:13)
One can put his right hand whether palm or back of palm.
