Is this Hadith authentic?
Rasulullah (sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) said: “The world is mata’ [to take benefit from], and the best object of benefit is a pious woman”
Answer
Imam Muslim (rahimahullah) has recorded this Hadith in his Sahih, on the authority of Sayyiduna ‘Abdullah ibn ‘Amr (radiyallahu ‘anhuma). The Hadith is therefore authentic.

Mulla ‘Ali Al Qari (rahimahullah) explains that a pious wife will assist her husband with the matters of the Hereafter. Therefore she has been referred to as the best object of benefit. Sayyiduna ‘Ali (radiyallahu ‘anhu) explained that ‘good’ in the Quranic du’a, ‘Our Rabb! Bless us with good in this world’ (Surah Al Baqarah, Verse: 201) refers to a pious wife.
