What is status of following Hadith?
لا يزال الناس بخير ما تباينوا فإذا تساووا هلكوا
Answer:
Imam Bayhaqi (rahimahullah) has recorded this narration as the statement of Hasan Al Basri (rahimahullah) and not as a Hadith of Rasulullah (sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam).

The narration may be quoted as reported.
Translation
People will remain on good as long as they vary and fluctuate [in their levels of knowledge/piety]. If they are all equal [in ignorance/sin] they will be destroyed.
And Allah Ta’ala Knows best.
