لكل شئ قائمة وقائمة القرآن سورة الأحزاب

Imam Daylami (rahimahullah) has recorded this narration. However, the chain consists of a liar. ‘Allamah Suyuti (rahimahullah) has therefore cited this narration in his book on fabricated Hadiths.

Translation
Every thing has a support/base. The base of the Quran is Surah Ahzab
And Allah Ta’ala Knows best.
