Can a Muslim male wear a silver ring with a stone?

Is it permissible for a Muslim male to wear a silver ring with a stone studded on his hand?

(Fatwa: 674/558/B=05/1435)

If the weight of the silver is less than one mithqal (4.5 masha) then one may wear the ring studded with stone.
